Polaroid SX-70 - 1972 to 1981

Edwin Land set the photographic world on its end when he developed instant photography with the Polaroid company in 1948. He did it again when he introduced the SX-70 in 1972, as it was the first instant camera that put the chemicals in the paper instead of on the paper.


This particular camera is in Tom's personal collection. He uses it periodically for portraits and pictures of things, like the display rack and the really bad selfie in this picture.
